A very hot run indeed so thank you very much to all who came and did the three miles through the baking sun and not much cooler shade!...not just three miles but hills too so a big pat on the back and keep at it over the next week...I am so chuffed with your progress. Anyone fancy this 5k?

The Inveraray Trail Busters and the Royal Burgh Runners tied
"The faster you run the Faster your are done" tied with "Are we nearly there yet".....will put up another poll so you can vote directly between these choices...so pick a slogan and a name each...thanks...we are getting there! As for colours we decided on black and yellow with black as the main colour, the T shirts will just have the chosen name plus inveraray jogscotland and the fleeces will have the slogan as well if it is not too pricey..
