Entries for The Inveraray jail break now open...

 A 6.5k 236m hill run up to the folly above Inveraray. sponsored by Inveraray Jail with the kind permission of the Duke and Duchess of Argyll. Entries now open. Registration 9.30-10.30 and 11am start. Also seeking out Marshals so just get in touch if you can oblige.

First reccee of the season...new surface on the middle part of the hill which is a bit more scree like than last year (all adds to the challenge!) but hopefully will have bedded down by May. Will keep an eye and let you know!

Tonights session

So nice to be able to run without skitting all over the place..and oh the joy of those hills! Well done all, a very nice round 3 miles!

Mid Winter Run

 A really pleasant run this morning with the group and some very welcome guests...great to see Dinah, Andy, Rowan, Finn and Melissa. Thank you to all for coming. well done to Andy for storming home first in an attempt to catch that hare! A well earned bite to eat at The George afterwards to reward all that hard work!

Mull of Kintyre 1/2 marathon and 10k

Mid Winter run

Tuesdays session..good turn out for skipping, boxing, stepping, squatting and lunging!!...oh and we did a bit of running too!!

First session of 2011

Yay! we made it out for the first time since the end of November so well done all. Good to see so many last night all ready for another seasons running. Well done all for braving the icy surfaces.  Some new years resolutions confessed and some kept secret.....For any dithering here is the link to the Mull of Kintyre 10k/1/2 marathon at the end of May...a really good run on either course and places are going very very fast!
