Last run of the summer holidays and next session.

A reminder that the new session starts next week on a THURSDAY and all are welcome whatever level!! We shall be delighted to see the new members that started the walk/jog programme in May and have done so well. Despite expectations (of heavy rain!) Kisten, Rosie, Fiona and I had a lovely run around and about at Ardcastle last night and only got a little bit muddy........If anyone is looking for running buddies to help them along the way either on those longer training runs or as a bit of motivation don't forget to post on facebook, or if you don't have it ask me and I will do it for you.

Application forms for Achnamara 10k available here.  Meeting for the last time on a Tuesday this week and am hoping to make it Ardcastle meeting in the car park at 7pm, have  e mailed to see if it is open again yet and will keep you up to date if not...anyone passing with room for Rosie and me??

An invitation to attend this annual fund-raiser...if a few of us are going we could car share? I am hoping to go so let me know if you fancy it. Run out of Claonairigh

Great to be back and running with you again. The run out last night was from Claonairigh with a very steep start indeed. The views were good though from the top and the chat even better. Well done Janice, Rosie, Linda, Fee, Alison and Jacs. Next week we are planning on the Dubh Loch (Black Loch) circular route (? aprox 3 miles) so will meet there at 7pm. Anyone wanting to be picked up let me know...
