Very good luck to all those competing this weekend. Sunday is a busy day with Ann and Alison in the Glasgow women's 10k...a fantastic race with a great atmosphere. Closer to home Toby, Garret, Kerry, Liz, Kirsten and Fee are taking part in the Inveraray Jail break. More importantly jogscotland members Jacs, Rosie, Fiona are marshalling and Janet with fellow jogscotland members from Ormsary Simone and Mary travelling over to help too. Good luck all!!

- I am an ex intensive care sister bought up in Yorkshire. my husband Garret and I moved up to Argyll in 1992/3 to a derelict, 1745 Lairds House and life became good! We now share our house with Toby (18), Rosie (16), and Freya (14), Two border collies called Holly and Nancy, and as many B and Bers as possible!
