Three mile time trial
Great night tonight for a time trial..I am sure you all agreed with me! Your times were great anyway and have set a great base line for next time! Good to welcome Francisco to the group, he Lynda and Janet had a really fast session with 2.6 miles or so in about 40 minutes or so and then we taught them how to peel and how to weave!
