The advanced beginners had the joy of a mile trial tonight ( proper mile this time!) which was tackled with real fortitude and enthusiasm....

The rest of the 4.5 miles was on trail, wet and boggy, (a few hidden hazards)and good for the legs! Well done all...4.5 miles!!

Beginners group led by Penny are also advancing fast...literally! Great to see Cheryl back and the distance covered was 3.2 miles. Exciting times!
