A chilly night but.....
...it soon warmed up for the beginners group who did really well upping the run splits to 1minute 15s run/ 30s walk recovery. We had a great turn out, and congratulations to Rachel on passing her Assistant Ride Leader Exam and Rhia who passed her Ride Leader exam. Well done girls and well done to all you runners...this time it really was nearly three miles done in 50 minutes or so. Homework is to repeat what we did last night (maybe without the circle time which can clearly be seen on the map!) A good warm up walk then the 75s run and 30s recovery. If you do not want to be so formal just run for as long as you feel comfortable and then recover. Repeat 6 times if you can manage and then cool down with a walk and stretches. Please do not feel pressured by this, it is a guideline and PLEASE remember to take your rest days, these are very important.

We had a nice chat and a run round, not so far this time as Penny and Freya supported the above group and Linda had dome mega cycling miles with hill sprints...
