All groups going really well now, it is great to see so many people out, about and joining in. We are still hoping to get some more beginners starting at the 6pm Tuesday group so if you know someone who is swithering please reassure them that the block has not really got going yet. Lots of ideas for cross training this week with Alison leading some kettle bell sessions, it is really important to strengthen and support your core muscles to maintain a good strong posture and stance to keep running on. Anyone wanting to borrow some kettle bells let me know as I have two that belong to the group up for grabs. Those who are doing the 50 x5 challenge are sticking to it in fantastic form with a variety of cross training and even some running from time to time. This weekend the cross training included skiing, surfing, open water swimming, cycling both on road and off...well done all...more than half way there! For those looking for a challenge of their own there are several races coming up.
