New year to you all.....Tis the season to be running so here are some dates with your running shoes and some camaraderie....Please note the MOK fills up very fast but it would be great to get as many as possible taking part. it is the end of May so plenty of training time. For inspiration above is Wendy in the Catalonia Hogmanay Race...what a woman!!

Buchlyvie 10k  26th January

The Mighty Deerstalker 5k/10k (ish)   16th March

MOK 10k and 1/2 marathon   26th May
