week three beginners and the Thursday wild weather runners....

Great going again on Tuesday...that homework is paying off. We easily did 3-4 minutes steady running from the offices to the Castle entrance. If you missed this week do not worry just go out and warm up ten minutes or so then walk/jog as your breathing and legs allow, give yourself enough time between jogs to recover and then go again. Aim for 20-25 minutes with a cool down, Try to do that a couple of times before next week, or cross train with a swim, cycle or walk etc. keep up that great positive attitude...if you can get together with others for the homework...it helps to chat too! Hope you are enjoying it as much as I am!

A wee reminder for the Crinan Puffer..a great local challenge along the canal..and it is flat!!

Struggling with the stupid Nike App for tonights stats but take it from me it was 6.63k/4.12m tonight through hail, rain, wind and lightening so WELL DONE the hardcore girls who made it tonight for a lovely run and sprinteroony round the car park.

Good luck to Jillian, Penny, Alison and Wendy who are taking up the jogscotland challenge and doing their leaders course on Saturday.
