End of the 7x5k challenge

What a gorgeous night...and we all started off so chilly and cold...not for long!! Thank you all for your company and well done to all who completed all or part of the 7x5k challenge. We have had seven days of collectively rowing, walking, cycling, running and even circuiting our way to the 5k per day. Excellent!!

Christmas run with the Mid Argyll Group 11am (I think) at the Pool in Lochgilphead. Let Liz know if you are coming

Thursday December 20th

Last session of the term followed by socialising at the George. Let me know if you are coming if you have not signed on FB please.
