Ardcastle loop

A fine if warm run at Ardcastle last night for Fee, Fiona, Freya, Paul and Liz...well done all. Not the easiest of five miles with the steep ups and steep downs but they were all tackled in great style. Liz is leading next week's group as I am away...meeting at the school Inveraray 7pm as usual.
