Good session this week despite the shameless cheating in the sprints...naming no names!! Three folk going for it this weekend at The great Scottish Run are Linda and Alison competing in their first 1/2 marathon...Fantastic!! and Penny in a 10k after only joining us a few months ago. Good luck all and let us know how you get on....we want all the gory details...oh and your times too!! Achnamara 10k next Sunday still has plenty of places the last I heard.

Go for it girls!! Didn't realise you were running tomorrow too Penny - good luck to you all. Look out for Heather Clement - a friend from Tyndrum- running in the 1/2 M too - she has hair just like mine! =
