Cracking the four minute barrier!

Fabulous night with the Thursday Group who all managed 4x 5 minutes with 2 mins recovery!! Look how far we went....Fantastic going...keep it up and don't forget your home work to keep you supple and injury free. Try some 4-5 minutes and if you feel like it stretch to a 6. But don't  push too hard and stay comfortable.
