A bit different last night with a fartlek session..for anyone interested we did :-

3/4 pace 90s
jog 45s
Sprint 10s
jog 30s
backwards 30s
walk 30s
Run hard 30s

Repeated x3 and very hard work it was too!! Did take the mileage up though.

Round and round the garden....

Round and round the car park anyway...well done all with timed runs and relay sprints,we managed well over the three miles.....and I was home in time for a glass of wine before tea! A good result all round.

Winter Mile Trial...

Very well done to all for tonight-a hard session .....well, I thought so . A mile trial followed by skipping and run repeats (sounds easy when I put it like that!). Fantastic results in the Mile Trial with 4PB's set.

Training Courses

A good day today at the Oban Training Courses. Toby and Kerry did the leader course and I did the refresher course...lots of networking, a great nutrition session (need to eat more carbs...this is good news!!) and some useful group session ideas etc for me and even a run round Oban with others on the course which was really nice. Be scared of a motivated Fee!! Good luck to Alison for her Core Stability Course tomorrow. The four courses places have been funded by the group for the group....so well done!
