Easter Bunny Run and a chilly week of training.

Firstly thanks to all who came along (hopped along?) to The Easter Bunny run on Sunday. Special thanks to those who came from the Ormsary and Mid Argyll Groups. Really good running rom all along the three routes , especially great to see Lynsey from the Tuesday Group....and now for the timings-

Good training week this week with a little bit of trail running creeping into the beginners session. great to see you all still hard at it and training a bit in between too. The Thursday Group ran hard and fast (it was far too cold to do otherwise!!) with an interval session followed by some speed work led by Freya so thanks to her. Friday group was small but select this week, Vicky, Alison and I did 3.5 miles..a record for the daytime group.

Sundays Fun run in Lochgilphead has been cancelled.

Note re holidays...we shall be carrying on with the two evening groups as usual over the holidays but NOT the Friday morning session. That will resume after the holidays thanks to Alison who has offered to lead when I can't manage.

Well done to inveraray jogleader Toby who had a fantastic run at The Mighty Deerstalker taking 28th place over all out of !,463 finishers.
