A foggy night for a run
A fine night for a spooky run through the mists and woods last Thursday...Wendy, Fee, Alison and Penny braved the dark, puddles,mud and potential scary things in the woods for a very, very nearly 5 mile run! For those wishing to continue the mileage challenge we are starting again NEXT Thursday ( February 16th) and this time will make it 21 days to end on a Thursday. The challenge is of course to beat your own personal mileage that you set....so Alison get running!!
